As my pregnancy comes to a close this week or next (time really does fly by until the last month!), it got me reflecting on what products helped make my pregnancy easier and more enjoyable. Here are my top 7 for an easier, happier, and more luxurious pregnancy!

  1. The Snoogle: You may have heard about the illustrious “pregnancy pillow” and perhaps like me you are resisting it. Do yourself a favor and just give in. Yes, it will take up half your bed (okay, not that much) but yes, it will also totally be worth it.
  2. Tata Harper’s Revitalizing Body Oil: A friend told me about how effective this was during her pregnancy and she was oh so right. I managed to make it through all 9 + months without a single stretch mark thanks to this miracle oil. It leaves your body feeling super soft too and is easy to apply!
  3. My Meditation by Heather Hayward: Pregnancy’s got your hormones going like “whoa”. The tracks on this download help calm your mind and keep you sane when you’re feeling overly emotional.
  4. Pregnancy Tea: This is for your 3rd trimester but it’s so delicious you’ll wish you could have been drinking it all along. It has a delightful hint of fruit without being overbearing. Curling up with a cup of this feels just yummy!
  5. Azmed Belt: If you’re having any pregnancy back pain getting a girdle will be a game changer. I loved this one from Azmed. Since we were doing long days of furniture shopping during my pregnancy this saved me from all the walking!
  6. Fleur Du Mal Crochet Bra: Maternity bras are just wrong. This bra from my favorite lingerie company gently holds things in place while being super comfy. I had to go several sizes up (hello pregnancy boobs!) but I was happy to have something that I could still feel sexy in, especially when I wasn’t feeling my sexiest!
  7. DoTerra Oils: Aromatherapy is the real deal and these oils are the best you can buy. I used peppermint in the morning and lavender in the evening. 2 drops on palms, 5 deep inhales and then rubbed what remained on my hands on my chest. It’s a nice little ritual to do for yourself. (Be careful with the peppermint around your eyes!)
